Gambians Celebrate Koriteh today

Muslims in The Gambia join millions around the world to celebrate Eid today, marking the the end of the month-long fast of Ramadan. The day is traditionally called Koriteh which begins with a congregational prayer at local grounds and public spaces.

President Barrow and top government officials attended Koriteh prayers at the King Fahad mosque, in Banjul.
